The company was founded in 2003, however, our presence in this sector was older than that, it comes from a passion passed down over three generations.
In the early 1900s, Giuseppe started this long lineage with the cattle trade. His son, Giosuè, moved on to cattle breeding and slaughtering. At last, the lead was taken by Giuseppe, Giosuè's son, who
at first followed his father's footsteps, he keep on with breeding and slaughtering and then since the 2000s he converted the business in meat processing and trading.
Brianza Carni has been offering the highest quality products to its clients since 2003. The secret behind this job is the great passion handed down from father to son and the experience gained over the decades.
Our company is engaged in processing and wholesale mainly beef but also pork meat from the
European territory. Our labor focuses on beef meat, which we purchase in half-carcasses, debone
and package it. Pork meat arrives at our facility in most cases already cut up, ready to resell.
We import veal and beef meat from all over the Europe instead pork meat principally comes from slaughterhouses located in Italy.
Our main goal is the constant research of product quality and reliability.
Our products are chiefly aimed at retailers and wholesalers.
